Return and Refund Policy
SHIPPING, RETURN, AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Free standard shipping (within the continental US except for Alaska and Hawaii) on Free shipping and orders over $99.00 before tax and shipping charges. Orders that do not meet the minimum will be charged the appropriate shipping fee at checkout.
Our business hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST excluding weekends and holidays. Any orders submitted on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. All orders are processed upon receipt. Please allow up to 2 full business days for your order to be processed, packed, and shipped. No orders will be shipped on Saturday and Sunday. Please allow 5-7 business days for standard ground shipping delivery.
RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY
1. We don’t accept non-defective returns & refund requests.
2. If the package/items you received are damaged or broken, please take photos or videos being proof to provide us, we will provide a return label to you after the proof is checked, and re-send or refund you as your request. (Note: some products need to be returned but some do not, please contact us first if you received a damaged or broken package). Please send an email to support@zonfair.com. After we check the information and approval, we will make your refund as per the below rules.
You may return or exchange the unopened and unused product(s) within 10 days of the invoice. Products not returned within 10 days will be considered non-refundable. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original packaging with all applicable parts and documents. All returned or exchanged items must be in resalable condition (including, but not limited to, the outer box must not be torn or damaged. No goods shall be returned for replacement without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) from Us. You can request an RN Number by sending an email to support@zonfair.com. Except for shipping errors or damaged items, original shipping charges are non-refundable. A refund can only be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping & insurance when returning products to us.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your orders are immediately processed as soon as you click on the Add To Card button. Therefore, your order can not be canceled or modified in any way once it has been submitted.
