Shipping Policy

We provide 2 styles of products Printable Art Gallery (Digital Products downloaded online via email) and Manufacturer’s Products on Zonfair (Physical Products), please read the instructions below about Shipping

1. FOR PRINTABLE ART GALLERY (Digital Products downloaded online via email), we do not ship physical products. Upon successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing a download link for your digital product. Please check your email inbox, including the spam folder, for this email.

If you encounter any issues with your download or have not received the email within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our customer support team at Zonfair.com. We will promptly assist you in resolving any concerns.

Please note that all purchases on Zonfair.com are for digital products only. No physical shipments will be made.

2. FOR MANUFACTURER’S PRODUCTS ON ZONFAIR (Physical Products) provided by Zonfair’s carriers will be delivered to your address in the United States and you will receive a tracking code when my carrier is ready to go on the way.

Once you place your order, it takes us 1 to 3 days to process your order. During the week it takes one business day, but if you order on Friday night or on the weekend it may take a little longer.

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped. It takes an average of 5-7 days for your order to be shipped.

If you have ordered an item from us, you can easily see when your package will arrive after a few days. You will be emailed a personal tracking code that you can use to track your order through our Order Tracking page.

In order to charge reasonable prices for our products, we bundle packages in large quantities and once we reach our minimum order value, we ship all packages at once. We hope you understand this and want to help us create a better and healthier world.

Note: Like many other online stores, we are very busy and there may be delays due to the Corona crisis. Please take this into consideration when placing your order. We will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.
