We offer two categories of products: Art Stock Photos (Digital Products) and Vendors’ Products on Zonfair (Physical Products). Please review the following shipping guidelines:

1. Art Stock Photos

For digital products, no physical items will be shipped. Upon successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a download link for your digital product. Please check your email inbox, including the spam folder, for this email.

If you encounter any issues with your download or do not receive the email within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our customer support team at Zonfair.com. We will promptly assist you in resolving any concerns.

Please note that all purchases on Zonfair.com for the Printable Art Gallery are for digital products only. No physical shipments will be made.

2. Vendors’ Products on Zonfair

Products sold on Zonfair are supplied, sold, and shipped directly from selected vendors. Zonfair negotiates and guarantees the best prices for these products, all of which come with free shipping to your door in the fastest possible timeframe upon ordering.

If you order from different vendors, all products will be free shipping and shipped directly from the respective vendors. Consequently, delivery times may vary, and your order may be split into multiple shipments. The average order processing time is 1-3 days, with a shipping time of 3-7 days, possibly sooner.

In the event of weather conditions, epidemics, or holidays according to US law, delivery times may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
