Zonfair.com Agent Commission & Structure Policy

Effective Date: November 1, 2025

Welcome! This policy outlines how agents and subagents earn commissions and bonuses while promoting products through Zonfair.com. Zonfair.com is a marketing agency only — we do not own, manufacture, or guarantee any product.

By registering as an agent or subagent, you agree to these terms. This policy applies to both online affiliate sales and offline sales team activities.

1. Roles & Status

Level	Role	Description
Level 1 – Agent	Independent contractor	May recruit and train Level 2 subagents. Responsible for own and team sales. Can operate online or offline.
Level 2 – Subagent	Independent contractor	Focused on generating direct sales. Cannot recruit further. Can operate online or offline.

Agents are independent contractors, not employees, and are responsible for compliance with this policy.

2. Commission & Overrides

Rules:

Overrides apply only to directly recruited subagents.
Commission is only for verified, completed, non-refunded sales.
Online sales are verified via affiliate tracking codes or referral platforms.
Offline sales are verified via submitted order forms, receipts, or POS records approved by Zonfair.com.
Recruitment alone does not generate income.
Commissions may be adjusted for returns, cancellations, or compliance violations.

3. Team Leader Bonuses

Agents or subagents who meet qualification criteria may earn additional performance bonuses.

Team Leader thresholds and eligibility are determined at the sole discretion of Zonfair.com’s Owner and may change at any time.

3A. Team Leader Qualification

To become a Team Leader:

Maintain at least one verified sale every 60 days (online or offline).
Recruit at least 3 active subagents with verified sales.
Meet the monthly sales threshold set by Zonfair.com’s Owner.
No active policy violations or refund penalties in the past 90 days.

Maintenance:

Must maintain minimum sales and at least 2 active subagents.
Failure for two consecutive months may result in reversion to regular agent.

Benefits:

Eligible for performance bonuses (3–7%).
Access to priority leads, marketing resources, and campaigns.
Leadership recognition and brand exposure.

4. Agent Obligations

Report sales accurately (online tracking or offline documentation).
Support and train subagents.
Use only Zonfair.com-approved marketing content.
Maintain active status (minimum one sale every 60 days).
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, whether marketing online or offline.
